Coach Erica



Coach Erica has been involved with cheerleading from a very young age. She competed on her High School Varsity cheer squad for 4 years. Then, she began coaching as a Pop Warner MM Coach and eventually transitioned to Varsity with MFFCC. Later, she helped found Lake Nona Youth Sports and helped their team win numerous championship titles. Eventually, Coach Erica found her home at Ultimate Power as their head Cheer Coach for their All Star teams. She is so excited to now be joining the Nona Elite All-Stars family.


Here are more of her accomplishments:

  • Lead Ultimate Elite All Stars Diamonds to win a 1st Place National Title at “The One” Cheer Championships

  • Cheer Director at Lake Nona Youth Sports, leading them to be National Champions for 8 years

  • Lead Ultimate Elite All Stars Diamonds and Sapphires to win multiple national titles for 4 years.

Coach Ciara



Ciara Murphy started cheerleading for Pop Warner at the age of 4 and has had a passion for the sport ever since.  She continued cheering for Pop Warner through elementary school.  At the age of 11 she started cheering for Top Notch Allstar, a local all-star team in St Cloud,FL where she fell in love with competitive cheer.  While competing for all-star she continued cheering for her middle school all three years.  She went onto cheering for Harmony HS on their Varsity Sideline and Competitive Cheer teams for 4 years and during her senior year Harmony Competitive Cheer Team won States Championship.  Also during Ciara’s Sophomore year she transferred to Top Gun All Star in Ocoee and cheered for several years.  Ciara has trained very hard and won several competitions including Cheersport, One-Up Nationals, and UCA Nationals.  Ciara is currently a Level 6 Worlds athlete for Top Gun Saints. Throughout Ciara’s cheering career she also has helped coach several teams.  She coached several all-star teams.  She also has helped coach NCMS for 5 years.  Ciara can’t wait to share her love and passion for cheerleading with her athletes and encourage them to be the best that they can be.
